The Travel Log
This is where the stories live. The ones that happen when plans fall apart, when I take the wrong turn, or when I find a place so good I forget what day it is. The Travel Log is my running record of life on the road and abroad. It is part journal, part warning label, and part reminder that travel is never as neat as it looks on social media.
What You Will Find Here
I post about the good days and the bad days. From parking on a cliff with the best view I have ever seen to sleeping in a noisy lot next to a dumpster, it all ends up here. You will also get the in-between moments that do not fit into a guide or tip sheet but still tell the story.
Why I Keep This Log
Some trips are about getting somewhere. Others are about seeing what happens along the way. The Travel Log keeps the smaller stories from getting lost. It is also where I can be more personal and less polished than the rest of the site.
